Hi, my name is Hannah, and I am the author of this health and wellness blog, 'Chitta Chatter'. As this blog grows, I plan to explore different aspects of and techniques to adopting and maintaining a healthy, holistic lifestyle. From food to footwear, ayurveda to zit cream, nothing is out of the realm of discussion.

A little about me: I am from the US Midwest but since 2019 have lived in the Mexican Caribbean. For the last eight and a half years, I have been a rotating vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian mix. (Not sure what constitutes a vegetarian or pescatarian? Read "Down with the Lingo" and find out!) I am currently an international yoga teacher (E-RYT 200); certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP); & yoga and wellness retreat leader. I am co-owner of the super popular yoga studio, Infinite Yoga, on the island of Cozumel and am a certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist with a quickly growing clientele. I like to stay busy with my side hustles: my small Graphic Design & Digital Marketing firm, SC Marketing Group and our scuba business, PALMEMORIES.

My partner, Rodrigo, and I are animal lovers, and we and our two 'foster-fail' dogs are a proud foster family to island pups in need. We have had the honor of helping dogs, cats and other animals on the island since arriving here in early 2021, and we plan to continue where ever life shall take us.

'Like a fast-moving river, this world continues to evolve and change, and we must flow and bob along, together.'

The idea behind this blog is not be a one-way conversation, this is meant to engage readers and build a community. I look forward to reading responses and emails, and please do not hesistate to share feedback or share on social media/with your peeps.

The most important thing is to remember that this is safe space for you, for me, for the next people to come across this blog, and even for those who may disagree some things or opinions I share.

This is not my personal journal, but a way to (re)connect while I can stay comfortable at home with my dogs or from my fave coffee spots (more to come on them later). You can expect a post soon which directly discusses the name, 'Chitta Chatter' and why it was chosen to grace this blog, after which I think you'll find it quite fitting.

Until then, be well, be safe, and be you.

- Hannah
