Up-Grade Your Daily Routine or Post-Workout Replenish with This Easy Power-Packed Protein Smoothie
This protein smoothie is great for a meal-on-the-go, after hitting the gym, or if you are looking to add more (plant-based) protein into your diet. Want to take it up a notch? Toss in some kale or spinach.
You have the option to add whatever protein powder you'd like, so the ultimate amount of protein will be up to you.
So many great things are to be said about the delicious smoothie. The best part: you probably have all of the ingredients already. You can modify the fruit to meet you preferences, and, if they're out of season, frozen fruits works just as well. Have fun with this, and serve it in a margarita or daiquiri glass- complete with a little umbrella. This also is amazing for meal preppers!
1 c. Pineapple chunks
1/2-1 c. Coconut Milk
1/4 c. Orange Juice
